What you’ll need:
- 1/4 SOF red cabbage head
- 1 SOF kohlrabi
- 50gms fresh SOF dill
- 1 green apple
- 1/4 cup home-made mayo or store-bought
- 1/2 teaspoon salt & pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon SOF raw honey(any preference)
- Juice of a lemon/lime
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
What you’ll do:
- Peel kohlrabi then cut it into thin juliennes, shred 1/4 of SOF red cabbage head.
- Thinly slice 1 green apple & chop up some dill.
- In a bowl, make some homemade mayo or use store-bought then add lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper & a dash of honey.
- Add your mayo dressing to the slaw & mix well!
