Our premium bell peppers are grown with the utmost care and love for sustainable farming here in Egypt. They are super high in vitamin C (providing 169% of the RDI) as well as folate and vitamin B6. Bell pepper is great eaten raw in salads, cooked in soups, stuffed and roasted, or added to stir-fries. By plant family, they are fruits but are widely referred to as veggies. Green peppers are the early harvest before they begin to turn yellow, then orange, and finally red. The red pepper has the most nutritional value, having been on the vine the longest.
