Caraway and Anise blossom flower first in early April, followed by Black Seed blossoms. The recognizable flavor of our Raw Black Seed Honey is purely the Black Seed. Nigella Sativa, often called ‘the secret of the Pharaohs’, has been known as a healing, immunity-improving plant since ancient Egyptian times.
